Hi Kevin just wanted to say a big thank you for your fast (very fast) efficient service in supplying our conservatory and base. It was as straightforward as you suggested and we put the base up in one weekend and the conservatory up the next weekend- all finished for Christmas – not bad as we only ordered it at the end of October! We would heartily recommend your services to others as we feel it is extremely good value. The only problem now is that we have to sort out the Garden! Enclosed a recent photo.

Hi Kevin,
Just to let you know I've completed my conservatory build with no major problems. Drilling the fixing holes through the metal work was the most troublesome, mainly due to the size of the bit required, otherwise the instructions were clear and everything fitted perfectly.
I had my doubts ordering on the internet but you stood out from other companies manily due to the questions you asked which helped me make my final decison.

Hello Andy,
You probably don't remember my conservatory but we had a bit of a struggle getting the details right but eventually got there. Anyway, it's now completely finished and I must say I am "over the moon" with it. It did exactly what it said in the advert. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with it! From the Durabase right up to the finial! Brilliant! Even the 200mm stand-off detail for the roof/wall connection worked a treat. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned the whole thing is excellent!

I have to say that this company has on e of the best customer service attitudes I have come across.
Our garden has a very unusal shape, the drawings went back and forth along with the conversations advice and help.
Unfortunatley our situation changed, so we cancelled our order.
We were given a full refund immediately.
Thank you guys so much….I will certainly recommend you and hope we can order a conservatory and you will deliver when we move to Portugal next year.

We have had a reply from the planning department in regards to our conservatory ,Unfortunately it was rejected, mainly due to the fact that we already have an extension. Thanks for the refund. I have been very pleased with your companies proffessionalism and competative price and have been showing your catalogue to others whenever possible, and would certainly use you as our first choice for conservatories.

The after sales support has been very good though, both from yourselves and K2, they’re even throwing in a couple of extra downpipe bends, which I had asked if I could purchase.
